Another plus point for Shopify: Interface now in Czech

If you are faced with the decision of which platform to build an e-shop on, it is completely understandable that you find out on your own where, what, how and how much. Advantages, disadvantages. Pros and cons. And if you are not exactly a friend of English, you may have been discouraged by the sentence on many websites that Shopify is not available in Czech. And this is the case, for example, even in articles from 2020, which would make one think that this is still current information. The opposite is true – Czech has already taken over this Canadian platform.
Since the team behind Shopify is constantly striving to be the number one in what it does, it has started to focus on localizations into other languages. Currently, you can choose from 21 languages in which the Shopify administration and backend can be displayed. Among them is Czech, and what's more - recently the designation "(beta)" even disappeared from its name. It will guide you through the entire administration area High quality Czech. No machine translation! For example, Spanish or French cannot boast of this, as they are still in test mode, and some pages are still displayed in English.
You choose the Shopify language in your own user profile – not in the e-shop settings, but in your profile. If several user accounts have access to the administration and you are working with someone who does not speak Czech (or simply prefers another language), your choice will not be reflected in their settings. If you own several e-shops on this specific user account, this setting will be reflected in each of them. At the same time, you can be sure that this setting does not affect the language in which your online store will be seen by customers.
